When Field Nation detects something may be wrong on a work order, it will be marked with an alert label. That way, it is clear to the manager that there is a potential problem that they should check into.
You can see why work orders have an alert when viewing work orders.
You will see alert reasons when listing work orders. Alert reasons are marked in red.
You can filter and just show alert reasons by clicking on the reason under categories.
The software automatically detects when a work order may have an issue and adds an alert status to the work order. Once it has been responded to, you can remove the alert status.

More Funds Requested | Triggered if a Provider requests more funds to complete the work order. | Buyer should approve the funds or call the provider to resolve this. |
Scope of Work has Changed | Triggered if the Buyer edits the work order’s details. | Provider should confirm the change to remove the in jeopardy status. |
Provider Late | Triggered if the provider is 5-10 minutes late checking in to site. | Buyer should call the provider to confirm their schedule and make sure nothing is wrong. |
Improperly Closed | The buyer has pushed the work order back to the provider. | Provider should correct the work order and resubmit it for approval. |
