Buyer Ratings

Overview

Field Nation now allows our providers to rate the buyer of the work order they completed. Buyers can then generate a report to see how their providers are rating them. This new feature allows providers to provide insightful feedback to buyers. The ratings are only shown to company administrators and Field Nation staff. They are not shown to providers nor individual dispatchers.

How It Works

Once a worker order has been completed by a provider they will get the option to rate the buyer by clicking. This will open a new pop-up window where they can rate how their experience with the buyer was and leave any additional comments.

Once rated, the buyer can then generate a report of their rating history from providers by clicking “Report Manager” in their “My Company” section   and then clicking Buyer Rating Report. Once in the “Buyer Rating Report” page the buyer can determine the output of their report, either HTML or CSV(for Microsoft Excel). They can put a customized date range for their report or choose from our predefined times; last week, this week, last month, this month, last year, or this year. Once they’ve chosen their preferences they click to create the report.

Note:

Choosing CSV will download an Excel document and HTML will generate on the current page.

The report that is generated is a table of 5 columns and “x” number of rows (number of rows based on how many dispachters have been rated under this buyer account). The table consists of the dispatcher’s name, total assigned work orders, total approved work orders, total rated work orders, and percent of positive ratings.

If the buyer has chosen to display the report as HTML it will display like the image above. The buyer can then click on the current percentage in the “Percent Positive” column, which will open a new pop-up window displaying all positive ratings from providers and any comments given.
