FIlling out YOur W9

The W9 is required tax information. This field MUST be completed before you can work through Field Nation.

1.             Click your name on the menu bar.  to access your profile page.

2.             Click the tool icon  to access the drop down menu.

3.             Click  to fill out or edit your W9.

4.             Enter your password.

5.             Click  to access your W9 form.

6.             Fill out the W9 completely.

7.             Click  to return to the main profile page.

IMPORTANT

All Field Nation technicians MUST completely fill out their W9 and other tax information to get paid by Field Nation.
