Provider Recruitment

Field Nation now offers an easier method to find buyers’ who are recruiting in your area. When you’ve completed the necessary steps for their Recruitment process, you will be added to their “Preferred Provider’s List” and become available for future work orders.

 

Walkthrough

1.    To get started login to your provider account at www.fieldnation.com.

 

2.    Click on “Recruitment” in your profile side menu.

 

 

3.    Once on the “Recruitment” page you can search for recruitment(s) in your area. You can search for keywords in a recruitment, specify the mile range to search within, and an area code to search within as well.

Note:

You can mark the “Show Nationwide Recruitments” checkbox to search for recruitments that have been posted nationwide.

 

 

4.    If there is recruitment available it will display below the search tool with the name of the recruitment and a description of the recruitment.

 

5.    Click on the Recruitment title or the “more” link to access their “Recruitment” info page and “Express Interest” in the recruitment.


 

 

6.    Once in their “Recruitment” info page you can view their “Service Description”, “Explanation of Pay”, “Express Interest” in the recruitment, and view their “Recruitment Process” for this recruitment.

 

 

7.    Click, a pop up window will display asking if you’re sure you want to express interest in the recruitment. Click  to confirm your interest in the recruitment or click  to NOT express interest in this recruitment.

 

8.    If you have “Expressed Interest” in their recruitment you will be brought to “Stage 1” of their recruitment.

 

9.    There are several different types of “Stages” in the recruitment process that a buyer will set for each “Stage”:

 

a.     One type of stage is a “Survey”:

i.      Click to begin the survey.

ii.     Answer the questions to the best of your ability. Be professional and precise.

 

iii.    Some “Survey” responses may be a file upload. For example if they want a copy of your resume.

iv.    Clickand in the pop up window to complete the survey.

Note:

Answers to questions or file uploads are only required if “*required is next to the survey question or file upload.

b.    Another type is a “Manual” stage:

i.      In this type of “Stage” follow the description and either click (if permitted) and when prompted click, or wait for the buyer to mark this stage as complete.

c.     The final type of stage is a “Course” stage:

i.      Click to start the course.

ii.     Once the “Course” is passed you will be progressed to the next stage.

 

 

Note:

Each Buyer can completely customize their Recruitment Process. Some may include each kind of stage. Others may only have one type of stage.

 

10.  Once you have completed the recruitment process for this buyer you will be added to that Buyer’s “Preferred Provider’s List” and will be given preferential treatment on future work orders from this Buyer.
