FIELD NATION PRIVACY POLICY
Field Nation, LLC (“Field Nation” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Field Nation brand website and software platform (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy states the Field Nation practices applying to all users of the Platform.

Field Nation and its licensors own and operate the Platform. Field Nation is a Minnesota corporation with its principal office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.


BY USING THE PLATFORM, USERS AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. FIELD NATION HAS THE RIGHT TO REVISE THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME. FIELD NATION WILL NOT NOTIFY USERS INDIVIDUALLY IF THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS CHANGED. ANY CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE WHEN POSTED. FIELD NATION ENCOURAGES YOU TO CHECK THIS PRIVACY POLICY FREQUENTLY FOR CHANGES. YOU USE OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUES YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO ANY CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY.

Information We Collect

All users of the Platform must have a user account. All users must provide certain personally identifiable information to establish and maintain a user account (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include a name, mailing and email addresses, telephone numbers, mobile phone number, user demographic information, such as, date of birth, and gender, and work, skills, and background information, such as, technical experience, skill sets, certifications, or job history. Except as specifically stated below, we will not provide your Personal Information to any third parties without your express consent.

Field Nation may also collect non-personal information on how users use the Platform through software tracking tools, such as cookie files, web log files, or IP addresses (“Usage Information”).

Use and Disclosure of the Information

We use your Personal Information to maintain your user account and operate the Platform and related business purposes. This information will also be provided to our third party technology partners as necessary to operate the Platform, such as companies which host servers or data for the Platform.

If you register to use the Platform as a “Provider,” our users using the Platform as “Buyers” and their representatives will have access to the personal information in your Provider profile. Buyers may also use your email address, mobile phone number, or other telephone number to contact you directly by telephone, email, or SMS text. We sometimes use this information to communicate with you, such as when we make changes to our database, to fulfill a request by you, or to contact you about your account with us.

Except for our technology partners, it is our policy not to share Personal Information with a third party without your prior authorization, except (a) to enforce this Privacy Policy; (b) to comply with law, regulation or other legal processes; (c) as necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of us or others, (d) to comply with a regulatory or law enforcement agency request, (e) in emergency situations, (f) to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform, (g) to detect or prevent criminal activity or fraud, or (h) in the event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation or liquidation, in which case Personal Information may be one of the transferred assets.

We use the Usage Information to analyze and evaluate the features and functionality of the Platform and related business purposes. We also use this information for product marketing, promotion, and sales purposes in our business discretion. We may share Usage Information with parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Currently, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is aimed at protecting your transactions involving Personal Information over the Internet. We restrict access to your Personal Information in our database to our authorized employees, our agents, and certain of our authorized partners.

The Platform is not intended for use by minors.
